Guest Rules and Facility Policies 

To ensure that everyone has a fun and safe visit, we ask that you read and follow the following rules;

SOCKS ONLY

No shoes are permitted beyond the entranceway.  If required, socks are available for purchase at front entrance.   For sanitary reasons, there is no exception to this rule.  

REFRAIN FROM VISITING WHEN YOU ARE SICK

Please do not come to our facility with signs and/or symptoms of any sickness.  We do our best to keep our facility as sanitized as possible and ask you to wait until you are feeling better to come play here, in the interest of not spreading germs to other families.

NO STROLLERS

For sanitary and safety reasons, strollers are not permitted beyond the entranceway.  Car seats allowed in facility.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS (THIS INCLUDES  COFFEE AND TEA)

To prevent damage and to accommodate guests with allergies, we prohibit any outside drinks or food to be brought into our facility.  Re-usable water bottles are encouraged and permitted.  A wide variety of food and drink options (hot and cold) are available to order through our restaurant and party add-on menu.  Baby food, formulas and bottles are permitted. High chairs available throughout the facility.

ABSOLUTELY NO CHEWING GUM.  

YOU WILL NOT BE PREMITTED TO BRING A COFFEE OR TEA INTO OUR FACILITY

NO OUTSIDE TOYS

Our play equipment has been selected and tested for safety and is regularly sanitized.  Personal toys may become a source of conflict between children or may be lost or damaged.

NO OUTSIDE DECORATIONS, GLITTER OR CONFETTI

We cannot accommodate early entrance to party rooms to allow for personal decorations.  Also, surfaces may be damaged when décor is affixed.  Glitter and confetti is strictly prohibited due to potential danger to young children and to equipment.  Some decorations are included for free with our party packages and additional decorations are available for purchase through our online store.  Pull-string pinjatas are permitted within the party rooms upon request.

NO FOOD OR DRINKS OUTSIDE OF DESIGNATED AREAS

To help maintain our facility and play equipment, we ask that all food and drinks be consumed within the party rooms or cafe area where they are served.  No food or drinks are permitted inside the play structure, in the baby area, in the toddler area, on the grassy play areas, or in the bathrooms.  

NO AGGRESSIVE OR UNSAFE PLAY

All guests are required to follow our posted safety guidelines (no climbing up the speed slides, no climbing divider walls, no kids age 2 or older in the baby play area, no kids older than 5 in the toddler area, no outside food permitted in facility, no toys or food to be brought into the play structure, diaper changes are only to be done in washrooms).   Guests are not permitted to use any furniture, equipment, appliances, toys or other items for any purpose or in any manner other than the intended use.  Aggressive, threatening or bullying behavior is strictly prohibited.  Any guests that act in a manner that may cause harm to themselves or others or to the facility and its contents will be asked to leave and may be permanently banned from re-entry.
